Kunstbanken in Hamar, Norway

Elin Lundgren & Petter Pettersson were invited to create a new performance piece when Lilith Performance Studio co-curate at Kunstbanken in Hamar’s yearly performance festival.

Duration: 6 minutes each time, in 3 hoursThe audience enters a dark room one by one. A small boy-man in black clothes and a hat silently directs the person to a small room of 2 x2 m inside the dark room. The small room is brightly lit, and a wolverine and a wolf are standing inside waiting. Seriously and with great concentration the boy-man stare in to the audience eyes. The two animal figures slowly start to dance closely behind him. Their dance gets more and more intense. No music is heard, only the sound from their dance steps and heavy breathing.
